SDPFTZ Qingdao Area Full-chain Agent Service is a one-stop service initiative to improve the living business environment for foreigners. The FCAS (Full-chain Agent Service) now provides dedicated inquiry agent services to foreigners international friends, which cover work permit, residence permit, inquiry of incentive policies for international talents, application guidance, cross-border intelligent property, law inquiry, employment, etc. 

青島自貿(mào)企業(yè)中心作為“自貿(mào)全鏈幫”運營平臺，配置具備語言和跨文化溝通能力的服務專員，經(jīng)過相關專業(yè)領域定向培訓，熟悉掌握來華工作許可、居留許可業(yè)務流程，片區(qū)國際人才政策申報及兌現(xiàn)路徑等內(nèi)容，根據(jù)外籍人士來華事項、時間等具體情況，分類別、定制化提供從來華許可通知到申領工作許可證及停居留證件全過程的幫辦代辦服務，通過一站式服務助力申請人便捷獲批，便利就業(yè)。

FCAS also provides door-to-door service to collect the needs of each foreigner on a regular basis, in a bid to constantly improve the services. The service will also be available online through our SDPFTZ Qingdao Area All-round Company Service Online System.
