在全國眾志成城抗擊疫情的時刻，青島城市建設集團與中國駐英國大使館文化處近日同時收到了一段來自英國梅紐因學校的視頻。在視頻中，伴隨著英國梅紐因學校青少年學生的精彩演奏，英國梅紐因學校校長理查德·特納先生專門送上了對青島、對中國的問候與祝愿：

China always had a very special place in the heart of our founder Yehudi Menuhin

在我們學校的創(chuàng)始人耶胡迪·梅紐因心中，中國一直有著非常特殊的地位

And today we have many students from China at our school

今天我們學校也有許多來自中國的學生

Together with our friends and collegues of the Qingdao Urban Construction group

目前我們正與青島城市建設集團的朋友和同事們一起

We are building a new school in Yehudi’s name in Qingdao

To share our values and musical culture with the people of China

We are very sorry to hear about the spread of the virus across China in recent weeks

我們十分難過地了解到近幾周病毒在全中國傳播的消息

And our thoughts are with the people of China and for their children who are worried about their families back home

China is a beautiful country and its people are warm and friendly

From this tragedy we see how strong the country is

青島耶胡迪·梅紐因學校自去年8月奠基以來，各項籌備工作有序進展，這一國際合作項目的落地，還被市政府列入了“慶祝中華人民共和國成立70周年青島成就展”的重要內容之一，被評價為“填補了青島無專業(yè)音樂學校的空白”。

雖然2020新年之初，全國受到并仍在遭受疫情的影響，但學校的各項籌備工作仍在積極的推進。青島市委市政府也在全力支持各行業(yè)復工復產(chǎn)，特別是大力支持像青島耶胡迪·梅紐因學校這樣重要而具有重大意義的國際合作項目的積極推進。青島城市建設集團將與英國同仁和社會各界齊心協(xié)力，把學?；I備好、建設好，如期迎來她建成開放的那一天。（記者 李頡）
